One-to-one Counselling

I offer each client a weekly, 50-minute slot and I can work with you on a short-term or open-ended basis. A minimum of a 12 week commitment is recommended. My current session rate is £50.

I offer an initial free of charge phone consultation which we can arrange when you get in touch.

8-Week Mindfulness Course

The 8-week Mindfulness Course I lead is held at The Pound Arts Centre in Corsham and will be running througout the year. The cost is £250. The group size is small, so do get in touch to find out more and secure your place.
